About Me
I am an educator, researcher, and writer with more than 20 years of experience in teaching and training, group facilitation, community building, and social impact initiatives. I have a B.A. in Sociology from Brandeis University; and an M.A./Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University. My areas of specialization are Social Psychology, Gender Equity, and Social Justice. I live in the Bay Area, where I stay busy co-running a maker space, taking and teaching art classes, and writing about social psychology, art, and sustainability.
